In Pleumartin
The Workshop of Possibilities
It was in 2020, at the end of the health crisis, that this pioneering third place in Grand Châtellerault.
The objective of The Workshop of Possibilities : defending culture and building social ties in rural areas.
And for this, members are not stingy with collaborative, intergenerational, festive, artistic and friendly actions:
• Le Petit Atelier, a repair workshop to throw away less
• Hourly exchange, service exchanges in time credit
• L'Échoppe, a cooperative grocery store offering organic and local products, located in the former Post Office.
• Renk'arts: concerts, shows, conferences, festivals…
• The Production division which currently supports around ten artists
• The Caravan of Possibilities, a major new feature for 2024: a traveling third place that can be transformed into a concert stage, temporary bar, traveling library, debate space or even a reading corner.
At the origin of the project: 10 founding members whose Raphael Foret-Bruno who plays the role of coordinator-facilitator.
This sports teacher by training is passionate about music. Former flautist and clarinettist of the group Les Blérots de Ravel, he is also an artist manager, festival organizer…

Admire the hall of 17e century in the village square, rummage around and feast on restaurant-flea market L’Atelier des Saveurs, fishing or walking around the Saint-Sennery pond.
In Naintre
The EBE Spring
Make way for the first employment-oriented enterprise (EBE) in the Vienne department, a project carried out in the municipalities of Cenon-sur-Vienne, Colombiers, Naintré, Scorbé-Clairvaux and Thuré.
Its primary function: to produce additional jobs (lacking in the area) and adapted to people who have been permanently unemployed.
From 2022, The spring open a Recycling center, La Galerie de Naintré. This commercial space is dedicated to the second-hand market.
Three other poles will follow:
• The Haut-Clairvaux Mushroom Farm : production in the cellar of brown button mushrooms, oyster mushrooms and shitake mushrooms for consumption in short circuits
• Le Potager de Thuré: organic market gardening at the agricultural and horticultural high school of Thuré, for local communities and businesses
• The concierge service, to simplify the daily lives of residents, professionals and associations in the five municipalities.
At the origin of the project: the Tope 5 du Châtelleraudais association and the facilitator of the Zero Long-Term Unemployment Territory initiative, Delphine PlaudThe Châtelleraudaise is now director of Ressort-EBE.

Whether you are going to consume in solidarity at the recycling center or at the mushroom farm, it will be an opportunity to (re)discover the archaeological heritage of Grand Châtellerault: the Gallo-Roman site of Old Poitiers in Naintré and the Haut-Clairvaux castle site in Scorbé-Clairvaux.
In Archigny
Locus Third place
The latest in our selection, locus moved into the former Archigny dairy in 2023.
The missions of this creative, supportive and responsible third place: promote the circular economy in rural areas, (re)create intergenerational social ties, encourage respect for the environment.
A commitment broken down into six areas:
• The recycling center for the collection and sale of second-hand objects at fair prices
• The participatory vegetable garden to cultivate and (make) use of outdoor spaces
• Rental of crockery and tools to promote the functional economy and share what we don't need all year round
• Rental of spaces to companies, employees or project leaders for coworking or even a seminar in a quiet setting in the countryside
• The workshop : DIY place and place of activities to learn, share, create…
• The L'Optimiste association bar which regularly hosts friendly events
At the origin of the project: Gaëlle Le Henanff
A native of Châtellerault, this double departmental champion in 25-meter sport shooting wanted to retrain professionally in a project that made sense, in line with her convictions.
