In organic farming, the Ferme des Herbes Fées cultivates ancient and modern cereals on around forty hectares and raises pigs. The pigs are fattened for 10 to 12 months with cereals and protein crops from the farm, bran and whey.
The semi-wholemeal flour from cereals is crushed with a stone grinder on their mill to make a range of traditional pure leavened breads and mixes cooked over a wood fire.
