La Petite Aubue – gîte

This old farm house, completely restored, is today a very charming and comfortable gîte. 

With its old exposed stones you will find the interior warm, practical and tastefully decorated. 

Most remarkable is the setting: set in rolling countryside with forests, a pond and stunning views. 

This beautiful gîte turns its back on the owners' house on a 4000 m2 property (with 1 charming guest room).

Ground floor:

Entrance, living room, American kitchen (gas hob, microwave, oven, Senseo coffee maker, dishwasher, refrigerator), fireplace area with sofa/chairs, table and chairs, TV, audio and wifi. Room with sofa, fireplace, pleasant place that can be used as a playroom for children or as a place to study and which gives access to a south-facing terrace.

Floor:

1st bedroom: large double bed 2-180 cm

 2nd bedroom: three single beds 1-90 cm.

 Bathroom with large shower, double sinks, washing machine.

 Separate toilets.

Garden:

Spacious garden, 2 terraces, garden furniture. Parking lot.

Arrivals and departures:

You are expected from 16:00 p.m. Please let us know your arrival time so that we can welcome you. Departure is scheduled before 10:30 a.m.

* Smoking is prohibited in the gîte; Animals are not allowed.

Rental of Gîte La Petite Aubue is possible for one or more weeks (minimum 5 nights), a month and for a weekend / mid-week (low season + school holidays + Christmas holidays). Variable arrival/departure days.
