With an area of ​​56 m2, this construction, independent and completely renovated, includes a bedroom with a double bed, a television, a wardrobe and two bedside tables. The living-dining room consists of a table with chairs, a sideboard, a sofa bed, a coffee table and flat screen television. For fishermen or picnics, 900m from the gîte, a shaded leisure area (1500m2) located on the banks of the Gartempe is available with a boat.

The rental is located 9km from Roche Posay and 4km from Angles sur L'Anglin, one of the most beautiful villages in France where the Roc aux Sorcerers is located, 45km from Futuroscope, close to Chauvigny, its medieval city and the giants of sky, Saint Savin and its abbey listed as a UNESCO heritage site, Saint Cyr with its leisure center (sailing, pedal boats, swimming, golf, etc.). Touraine and its castles are 1 hour away as well as the regional park of Brenne and its 1000 ponds. Also close to the Animal Parks (Haute Touche, Beauval, the Vallée des Singes, etc.) Our village is crossed by a charming river, the Gartempe.
