La Boucle de Valençay – Circuit n°3

Along the path, you will cross the woods of Rabellerie, Pagerie and Valençay and skirt the magnificent Maisonneuve park.

During the 1980s, during excavations carried out at the place called “la Croix-Blanche”, numerous tombs and religious buildings dating from the Neolithic to the Gallo-Roman period were discovered. This important protohistoric site is now covered. In the heart of the village, you can also visit the Saint-Hilaire church dating from the XNUMXth century and its former presbytery dating back to the XNUMXth century, now converted into a media library.
