With a surface area of 4171 ha, the Moulière national forest constitutes the largest forest area open to the public in the Vienne department. It takes its name from the industry of extracting millstones from its soil which continued for several centuries. It is located between the Vienne and Clain valleys and at the heart of a triangle whose summits are made up of the three largest towns in the department: Poitiers, Châtellerault and Chauvigny.
From the Forest House, you will find a multitude of walks allowing you to discover all the riches of the forest!
