A pharmacy technician by trade, I left this position for a career change in order to live my passion and share my achievements with you.

Coming from a family of 6 children, I have always had a taste for authentic and family cuisine, cuisine with fresh and local products which give meaning and history to my dishes.

The freshness of my products combined with the flavors of my childhood and those brought back from my travels are key elements in the design of my dishes.

My cuisine is therefore both traditional, with dishes in sauce, simmered dishes, dishes from yesteryear and at the same time exotic dishes, Asian flavors, bursts of surprising flavors.

My leitmotif is to introduce you to cooked dishes, to please you, on a controlled budget.
